FAQ

  • Vendor spaces are $40 per day, making Pumpkin Festival an affordable way to showcase your business, connect with new customers, and increase your visibility within the community. Vendors may choose to participate in one, two, or all three festival dates.

    We offering a $10 Off Early Bird pricing NOW to July 24th, 2026 for a limited time, so applying early is the best way to secure your spot and save.

  • Yes! Vendors may apply for one, two, or all three festival dates.

  • We do our best to limit overlapping vendors and products to create a more diverse experience for guests and vendors alike.

  • Absolutely. We welcome activities, demonstrations, entertainment, workshops, and interactive experiences.

  • Approved vendors will receive additional information and setup instructions before the festival.
